  1. Applicant(s) must make THREE (3) times the monthly rental rate.
  2. All adults (18 years or older) must fill out separate applications.  We will accept a co-signer, only if the co-signer is a parent or legal guardian of an applicant who is a full-time student. 
  3. You will need a valid driver’s license or passport, a copy of a month's worth of your most recent paystubs, social security card or proof of full SS number on a paystub/tax return.  
  4. There is a $65 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee per applicant.  This fee covers a credit report, criminal and civil filing background check, rental references, and employment/income verification.

PLEASE NOTE:  Any false information on the application, or any drug/drug related convictions (within last 10 years), aggravated convictions, or an outstanding balance with a previous and/or current landlord/apartment complex/ property management company, will result in an IMMEDIATE REJECTION of the application.
